I always learned this from my Union. The Union is say in your building, with said Union employee's. The Contract is writen and signed between the Union and the Employer. Being said. Your Union then is only as strong as the members you work with it. Power is always in the numbers. That's what gives you strenght....

Squigs do you scar alot also....most redheads seem to have a problem with scaring

scarring and freckles. I don't have problems with scarring but sure do with freckles - oh wait a minute I'm not a redhead I just die it that way
