RE: To Settle or Not To Settle
Well ya know what they say Never underestimate the power of a woman, especially if she is a red head, ( I just added that ) LOL

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain.

RE: To Settle or Not To Settle
I always learned this from my Union. The Union is say in your building, with said Union employee's. The Contract is writen and signed between the Union and the Employer. Being said. Your Union then is only as strong as the members you work with it. Power is always in the numbers. That's what gives you strenght....

Words for the day.....Smile

Tuffy Wrote:Jayne,    How true and maybe I will think or come up with a few rules of my own.

Now they have really made me fighting MAD,   besides being a Scorpio, Bull Headed,  I,am also Irish and a red head.

I look at it this way,  If  I turn down the offer and we go to court,   then my attorney will have to fight harder to get what I think I deserve,   If  we loose he gets nothing.

Your my kind of gal Tuffy!  I too am a bull headed Irish man with red hair born in October!
Damn the torpedos, full steam ahead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Cool
