Make sure you file a wc claim & get your neck checked out. Whiplash is nothing to fool around with. As far as Boss trying to say YOU must pay....he is "jacking you around" because HE let the company car's insurance lapse....which is NOT your problem. Go to the police dept and tell all.

My concern is My boss was saying that He will fix the other car but i will have to fix the damage on our company car. Can he do that? and also do I have a right to do all the legal action if the accident was my fault. ?
