How long
after a deposition is given will an iw hear anything at all about his case? If a hearing date has already been set what is left to do? Will more depositions be taken, has med records already been acquired, etc? Does the opposing attorney ever make an offer or something before the hearing date? I appreciate all your replys.

RE: How long
Every case is different. In PA, you will normally have in most petitions a deposition by the injured worker's doctor, a deposition by the insurance company’s doctor and at least two hearings for testimony from the injured worker and any employer witnesses. If there is a vocational issue, additional depositions may be required from vocational experts. In PA, a case may settle at any point during the litigation. Without knowing your state and the nature of the petitions currently pending, I really can't provide you with a more specific response.
