i need some advice the case worker i have refuses to pay for my meds how do i file an appeal so they will pay for my meds there trying to kick me off of workers comp

I have never even talked to My caseworker as My Attorney handles all contact for Me.

So you filed with wc and have been getting treated, and they are stopping paying for your meds?? Did they say why? Even if you go back to work they should be paying for your meds.

You need to ask why they refuse to pay for them. More info needs to be given in order for someone to answer that for you on here. How long you have been on wc , what state, etc.
