Still In Limbo
How was your Thanksgiving Day?
Mine was busy with about 30 family members present.

I read on another thread that you will have a wc hearing next week.
I just wanted to wish you luck.

I have hearing #6 next week. The purpose of the hearing is to address treatment for my back and bilateral knees.

At the IME the judge sent me to the doctor did question why the first meniscus surgery was delayed almost 5 months and why it took over a year before I had meniscus surgery on my other knee.

Wc is fighting me on knees, not wanting to pay for total replacements.
I imagine they will also fight me on my back, my doctor wants me in physical therapy for my back and also the use of a tens unit.

I am in hopes of seeing improvement with my back soon, doctor says it will take some time because I have grade 4 tears & leaking at L5-S1 & L4-L5.

RE: Still In Limbo
Thanks Everyone, My Hearing is this Coming Wednesday in the A.M. This will be Number 12 For me, and We are trying to get all 13 or 14 petitions Closed, Two Years in Court for the First Decision is Long Enough!! My Thanksgiving was great, but I went to My Sister-In-Laws as We always do, and My Pain made me come Home after only about an Hour! I just PM'ed Jayne, and She feels the Same as Me lately, I can't get My Legs to do what My Brain tells them to do! I feel like I'm walking on Rubber!! I Hope it's just the Cold Here, and my Body will get Used to it! Thanks Again for all Of Your Well Wishes, and Bummer Hang in There, You'll Win in the End, I can Feel It!!Smile

Thanks Still

My attorney uses the doctor that did the IME a lot. My attorney also said the doctor mostly writes reports in his favor. There is a chance that court could be rescheduled if the report isn't in, hope not I would like to start treatment on my back soon.

I do feel physical therapy will help me and like you and Jayne I am having lots of problems lately with my back, legs & knees.
The pain increased the first cold day we had.

One thing new I have pain when the skin on my legs are touched, my skin is very sensitive.
