RE: ERONIOUS/BOGUS PPD RATINGS
I believe there is a Time Limit after the Judge Signs the Agreement Stating Both Parties Agree and Understand the Settlement, but a Lot of the Time when You enter a Mediation, the Person that Makes the Final Decision for the i/c is not there or Available that Day, and they have to get back with You. This is when they Play Their Waiting Game, they try and Frustrate You, and then come back with a Lower Settlement Hoping You'll Take it, so you don't have to wait so long for another Answer! I have Posted on Here before, my Attorney made Me Aware of this, and then I Double Checked Him, on a Website that Trains Adjusters How to Handle Negotiations, and I found the Same Info. That's when I Called My Attorney and made it very Clear that I will not Enter Negotiations Unless the person that can make the Decision is either there, or Available via Phone. I Will only go to ONE Negotiation, My Nerves are so shot now, I don't know if I can Handle waiting Months to find out if a Settlement is Approved!! (LOL) I Hope You Hear Soon Tuffy, and to the Rest of You, Have a Great Day!!

RE: ERONIOUS/BOGUS PPD RATINGS
Hi TRUCKSTER!! If Your Talking about Retrolethessis, An MRI Found me to Have a 5mm Move about One Month Ago. The Normal Canal Area between the Bone and Spinal Cord, I'm Told and have Read is 15mm. My Dr. Explained that due to my Full Laminectomy, I am not as Stable at the Base of My Spine, thus the Movement. The Nerves at Times will Arch, and let me tell You it's pain like You don't want to Know!! I have been dealing with it for the Last Couple of Days, and Today My Legs feel Like Rubber!! I Surely Hope You don't have this, I wouldn't Wish this on Anyone!! Have a Great Day, and I Hope You are well!!
