OK the minutes are in Any ideas ????
OK i had a hearing on Oct 3 and finally after 7 weeks they just put the minutes in. Thank God i guess thats a start. Called my attorney to ask how long it will now take for a judges decision and they said they have no idea all depends on the judge could this be another 7 weeks ? does anyone know from experience how long i might be looking at here ? Also from any-ones experience this has been going on for 10 months do you think if it comes back in my favor will the Ic appeal ? I mean with medical proof of a back injury MRI and EMG what is the problem here ? But of course the Ime said i am fine. Thanks in advance.

I don't know about NY, but in PA most cases take 12-18 months start to finish. If the judge system is similar, they have hundreds of cases going on at any one time, and they will write your decision when it reaches the front of the stack. This can often take 3 months or more.

Judges decision on what, to authorize medical treatment?

When I had a hearing to address medical treatment the judge had five days to make a decision according to Kansas law.

The judge made a decision 60 days later.

In TN they have 45 days for the Labor Board to meet with both parties for mediation. If no decision is reached then it goes on the court docket

RE: OK the minutes are in Any ideas ????
Hi all sorry for the delay in responding. I went away for the holiday and just came back. First thing i want to say is i hope everyone had a good thanksgiving ? Well my case has been contested since Feb 20 of this year so i am waiting for everything medical help and monies i have been without for going on 10 months if you can believe that ? I had two hearings one on July 3 at that time the judge wanted all the doctor reports my doctors and the ic's IME. Then i get another notice to appear for a hearing on Oct 3. Now that's 3 months from when the judge ordered the reports. When i get to the hearing in Oct another judge Say's well i have not looked at the doctor reports so now you have to wait until another judge makes a decision. Yea crazy i know. Then it takes 7 weeks just to have the minutes typed up so another judge can look at it. New York is the worst.

All this going on when i have a MRI showing bulged disc a EMG showing nerve damage and now because i had no treatment all this time i have severe athopy (Muscle waste) to one Leg and need to walk some times with a cane. I can no longer afford to fill my docs pain scripts and am in pain 24/7 Thank God at least a Chiro and a Pain Management Doctor have been seeing me even without being paid by the ic or i probably would be almost bedridden. So i was just wondering how long now ? don't Know how much longer i can hang on. And this all going on even with a lawyer
