I am also from Kansas and an attorney by law charges 25% plus expenses.

I also am being denied medical treatment by wc Ins, saying pre-existing.
I can't imagine doing the wc circus without a wc attorney.

I am going to send you a pm, curious about your employers Ins co.

I live in California. I was injured about 8 years ago. I filed a claim with work comp. I was off work about 6 months. I just recently injured my back. My companies work comp carrier is denieng my claim. What can I do?
