I do have a lawyer and have been seeing doctors....they are still fighting me and they say I have to go in front of a judge but all the appointments keep getting continued.....feeling hopeless!!

I don't have any other ideas except to say I wish you well and welcome to the family here. Setting down with a lawyer is the best thing to do. You said you have a lawyer. Is he or she workmans compensation certified? To be certified means that they have experience and have taking extra education about workmans compensation. Some lawyers do not know the ends and outs of workmans compensation.

CALL your Attorney and tell him to get going on your case and get you some Money...consider applying for SSDI and or unemployment like everyone is suggesting! Can't hurt to try!

Settled Work Comp Case 2006 w/ Lifetime Medical Currently, C7-T1 is being watched will possibly need surgery front/back fusion from C3-T2, lower back needs another facet injection.
