RE: Filing for SSDI
The Person at My Local Social Security Office told Me that They Automatically deny a certain percentage of applications due to the fact that so many People apply that dont deserve it.
This makes it rough on everyone else .
I was denied the first time and had to go through the appeal process and then in front of the Law judge before I was finally approved.
The Judge said He did not understand why it went this far as My records showed I was disabled and that there was do doubt to this fact.
I should have said to talk to a Attorney if You are turned down so They could help with all the paper work and other things.
