Mine picked up after settlement for meds but will not do any surgery for 2 years but since I dont ever plan on that I should be safe
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

Jayne....do you mind explaining further???? Please do it by e-mail or PM if you're more comfortable. I've never hears of an insurance co. paying for anything on a WC claim once it's paid on BUT maybe there is a difference in companies or states?????

mine is thru the military....a whole different ball of wax....Thank the good Lord we have it as the WC system sucks big time.....
