Can a new employer find out about my past WC claim if I don't tell them?

I agree with all posts here, If during the interview and you were not asked, thats not lying.. But if on aplication or interview, if you were asked if you could perform all duties and you answered yes. And you were released from say dr with restrictions that would hinder your ability to do so and got hurt, thats probably boing to get you caught....

As far as employees screening out people, happens all the time here.. My wifes previous employer screened every application and was a box to check if you were ever injured on a job and what... Here anyone is public information, as far as the wc end, I dont know but he had hired disabled people before.
