what is an injury worth??

This may have been addressed before...but..I was wondering is there a website that gives a person an idea what their injury is worth upon settlement? I know many things come into consideration, such as permanent disability, partial, etc...

it varies according to your state, what you are getting weekly, what your impairment rating is etc.

Some states have their wc cases on line that will give you an idea - With IL, and a hip replacement I am not sure of what an good guess even of what an % of disability could possibly be.

Fed-Up, I'm from Pa also, and I have never found a Site that will Show individual Cases, and How Much Money was Awarded. Under Many of the Attorney's Websites they show some of the Awards they have gotten, and for what type of Injury. I wish I could Help More, Have a Great Evening!!

Check under the LIRC, that is how I found decisions for MO.

It is Labor and Industrial Relations Commission

Hello Still, I don't post here often, but read once a week or so. I have been following most of the people's problems here, really blows my mind how some people are treated by w/c. I just want to let you know that post of "SOMEONE" the other day, just hit home a little too hard. It was so great to read, it brought back the "good old days", when people actually cared about their neighbors. I wish you the best in your situation, everyone here I always think about and hope thier problems and pain go away sooner then later. It is a shame when the other "someone" has a hold on you. But, as I read on here, you people do not let that other someone get the best of you, and that is why w/c will not always have their way, keep up the fight Still, and everyone else as I know you will. GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE HERE.
