RE: IME & no medical records
Hang in there Bummer! Just a little note as to what just Happened to Me, and the Stall Tactics the I/c's and their Defense Counsel's try and Play! A Deposition was done by the IME Dr. I Had to go to concerning a change in My Condition, and the Dr. said He didn't even look at My Report from My Last MRI until just then, and My Attorney Tore Him Apart in Cross Examination! They had at Least 60 Days to get a Copy of my MRI Films to this Dr. but didn't, and now they want a Medical Release so they can have My MRI Films. My Attorney seems to Think they are going to try and Add an Addendum to the Deposition after My Films are viewed by this Dr., but little do they know, We are going to Fight to not Allow it!! They had Plenty of Time to Prepare for this Deposition, and that's going to be Our Stand!! You May want to Talk to Your Attorney about doing the Same!! Best of Luck, and Remember Patience, Don't let them get under Your Skin!!!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
