offset for wc and ssdi

Got a question for some of you guys? My workman's comp offset is supposed to be over as far as my ssdi benefit monthly check, so my december check will finally be my full benefit, so my question is, am I supposed to get a letter from ss telling me this before my actual first full check, thanks guys any other info that I need to know would be appreciated.

I would encourage you to call your local SS office and ask. That way you could also make sure that the change is also going to happen as you expect.

You can request a benifits statement online.

I did this when my wc checks stoped, I went online and requested a benifits statement.

I also had my attorney's office contact my case mgr at the local SSA office and they faxed a statement that my wc payments were discontinued so I had no gaps in income.
