Toungue RE: KINDA OFF TOPIC Member Gender
Dallas, if I find a man where should I send him? LOL I'll at least point him in the right direction for you!! The rest will be up to the both of you!

Bad Boy, yes...I understand COMPLETELY what you're saying! I, too, relate to the opposite sex quite well. In fact, most of my friends growing up were male!! LOL Hmm..wonder what that means???? Maybe because I get tired of all the hen pecking that goes on with the gals sometimes.....or maybe it's my flirtatious personality, when I'm not being a Punk, that is??? CoolTongueRolleyesCool

RE: KINDA OFF TOPIC Member Gender
Punk, when I was younger, I grew up in an area mostly old boys, but there were girls my age or so I did hang with, many Tom-Boys. They were cool too. Maybe, just maybe, I learned I lot of their traits when I was young. And then again, family morales was a big issue too. Where boys respect girls. Not like these days with kids. Then as time went buy, and we hung in groups, certain groups use to get angry because we had more girls hanging with us then guys. But yet we held no strings to any of them, but protect them at will we did. That's what friends did. If they wished to date someone out of the group it was up to them, no one bashed them for it. It was a choice is all. Friends are friends, and teen age love was just just that. But we still respected it. But god forbid if someone did one of them wrong, oh my then... Big Grin

Cool RE: KINDA OFF TOPIC Member Gender
Oh, no kidding Bad Boy!!! Was the same with me!! I hung out with mostly guys..that's what was in my neighborhood and it just carried over! By the time we graduated, I think it would be sufficient to say that I was just 'one of the guys'!!! LOL Of course, when I was growing up at family dinners and such....I was the lone girl. All of my girl cousins were at a minimum of 10 years older than I and the closest ones to my age were all boys. I had two choices, go outside and play with the other 'kids' or stay in the house and listen to the 'old' peopl!! Well, I chose going outside to play. That meant that I had to play football (tackle always, only sissies played touch football), went fishing, dug for worms...you name it...not a girly thing was done..hence, the emergence of "Da Punk"!!!! LOL I had to work hard at that one, believe me!! Tongue
As for my group of friends in school...primarily guys....we all stood up for one another!! Never did anyone poo poo on one of them without having to deal with one of us!!!!!! Much like you!
Tom Boys rule.....according to my youngest son!!! Cool

RE: KINDA OFF TOPIC Member Gender
Just a day late and a couple a dollars short. ~LOL~ But the boyfriend played hog this weekend and this is the first chance in three days that I have had the chance to post. (Took a personal day of leave from work to have some "alone" time).

I guess that most know that I am 100% female. If not... well now ya do. I am the proud mother of 4 (2 of each gender) and grandmother of 4 (2 of each gender) ~LOL~. I am currently living with my boyfriend (been together for almost 2 years). We have both had bad experiences with ex's, so doubt that we will ever tie the knot and make it legal.

RE: KINDA OFF TOPIC Member Gender
Once upon a time, a girl asked a guy, "Will you marry me?"  The guy
said, "No" and the girl lived happily ever after and went shopping,
drank martinis with friends, always had a clean house, never had to
cook, had a closet full of shoes and handbags, stayed skinny, and was never farted on.
The end.
