Good idea. They should be able to give you some answers. If not, then you need to think about how to proceed. Where I used to work, we had injured workers request a different adjuster if they felt they could not deal with the one they had. Doesn't always work, but sometimes they will do that. Remember, the supervisors know their own adjusters and how they react to things. They know the ones who are unreasonable. Can't hurt to ask.

I just talked to an ombudsman and she is going to call the IA and find out what is going on.Then she gave me another number to file a complaint against him.

I have to thank you, due to your thread I went back and checked my award amount next to my checks and ic is sending two dollars less each week.
I never thought to check this.
I contacted my CM and she is having it corrected and supposedly sending me a check for the differance.
It is only $2.00 per check going back to May but we all know how much money means to us during this time to help pay bills.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
I hope you get yours straightened out.

That is right,Queenbee.Every little bit counts.I called my ombudsman back today and left a message.Still haven't heard back from her.I am thinking that my IA hasn't talked to her.I will try again.I am not giving up on this yet.

Beth you need to get an attorney, You are already injuuried and now you are being bullied by this guy. Maye he needs to be audited, That will set his wheels on fire...Please don't wait until you are looking at a empty mail box to seek help at least call around and ask some attornies what your rights are
