Did the checks stop because you didn't elect to take the voc rehab? I didn't think VR was something you could turn down, as it would seem it was non compliance on your part.

Hi Lilly,
My checks stopped because I was at an end result. Even though the Dr that put me there said I could not go back to work. I was not offered Voc rehab from the insurance company. That offer was from the state and they said I could use it at a later time if I wanted to. Like I said I have applied for SSDI.
I was on SSD from 93' to 98''. I spent a year in a gym by myself to get myself back to work. I was barely maintaining until this accident happened.
I wonder if they take my previous SSD into consideration when reviewing my current application? I know my age is a factor (55).

I would like to thank everyone for answering my questions.
