I had wonderful news!

I was supposed to have a hearing next Wednesday to try to get wc to pay me what they should be paying me weekly. When I got an attorney he figured out that the ic wasn't paying me what they should have been. He finally got a hold of the insurance adjustor and she lowered my pay instead of raising it! Anyway my lawyer called me yesterday and said I don't have to go to court because he heard from the ic's attorney (took him two months to find out who their attorney was because adjustor wouldn't tell him) and they agree that my pay has been wrong this whole time. I thought that was pretty good news, but then the lawyer gave me even better news. My insurance adjustor has been fired by the insurance company!!!! Yay! I know I shouldn't be happy about someone getting fired, but this woman was, in my lawyers words, incompetent and worthless. I got my lawyer because of her. I couldn't get a hold of her, she let me go a month without pay and wouldn't return calls, it was just ridiculous. Anyway, call me a bad person if you want, but I am so happy! No other injured workers will have to deal with her!

Great Ksgirl that is good news for you. Now you will get a little back pay also. I know that will help. As far as the IC adjuster who was fired look at it like this, she did not care about you did she ? Now you have helped alot of injured workers who would have had to deal with her. Ksgirl Yeppy for you !!! We must have same adjuster ............ never returned calls when I had her .... started to cry once and boy she couldnt get off the phone with excuses ...
I understand what their jobs are but come on .... treat ppl with respect ..not cheat them out of anything they can!
Hope that bonus was worth it .If thats how it works ..
