You are not late my birthday is today. You guys are great!! Even with the fires still out of control things are still ok so far just the smoke that is so choking I had a nose bleed last night, but my daughter is feeling better today and I let my big fat rotti outside today (she didn't like that lol). But the other news is not so good :-( , but there is light at the end of the tunnel. The AME admitted to not doing a proper report for lack of evidence and he is willing to release me (the good part). But the bad part is by me being off with my achilies they used that as an excuse because my doctor always includes the foot is cause me to have problems with the back so their attorney claims I am out with my back. I have not been out with my back. Spoke with the doctor he says he is willing to clairfy the back and foot as only being I guess you would call it a chain reaction. So keep your fingers cross I will see him Friday for a full exam and he is going to tell them he was not treating the back just the foot.
