;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

For the record, Mr. Aspell supports this website financially by listing his practice in our CompYellow Page Directories. You may find his bio by clicking on the bright "CompYellow Pages" button near the top of this page, and searching the state of Connecticut.

He is one of those people who help make this forum possible.

Thank you "jaspell", and welcome to the Discussion Forum!

jaspell, thank you so much for giving of your time and your financial support. Without people like you we would not have this wonderful forum to learn, support, laugh and meet knew people who are going through similar situations that we are. It is wonderful to know that you have decided to join us...welcome to the forum and welcome to all our discussions. If you ever want to just have fun, join us on the off topic area and play some games with us. Look forward to more communication with you and learning from you...thank you Red

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.

RE: Please Mention your State someplace in your posts
Thank you for the warm welcome. I will do my best to answer what i can. I tend to be brutally honest on these boards and tell you my honest opinion. I'm not always right, but after 20 years doing WC law, I have a pretty good idea what I'm talking about.

As far as the off topic posts go, I'm not sure I'll have the time to wander over, but if I do, I will.

Thanks again!

Jim

Brutally honest, or just being honest, and suppling a good Opinion, is mostly what people here want.

I too, try to be very straight forward.
