RIDDLE YOU THIS!

After thawing them out and meticulously studying them, they concluded that these two people are Adam and Eve. How did they reach this startling conclusion?

Professor Wink you are way beyond me! My only guess is that the male was missing a rib? Or did they have to go to Antartica to get away from the people they created? I have no idea.
