I am also sorry to say that I know exactly how you feel and what you are saying, I have worked 12 plus hours for years. Been on this job almost half of my life and now they just want to throw me away. If I DIDN"T feel worthless before I sure do now. And just like you my kids think I will figure something out since i am a single parent also and I have had to get myself out of some tight situations, my job for awile we would go on strike every three years. Last time I had just came back from knee surgery which they had denied used all my saving credit cards everything and got back to work and a week later they went on strike. I HAD ZERO INCOME for 30 days. But God is good and we made it through and you will too. Just know you are not alone.

Hang in there i have been on my job for 14 years i work for the City of New York have not had any income now for 9 months with no help from anyone i only have one more month of rent left and then i am sure eviction will start. 9 months without no help and no income i have done without everything i can, without starving to death. The way i look at it is there is nothing bad they can do to me anymore. they have done it all and sooner or later they will run out of options from ways to hurt us. then just maybe it will be our time for something good. Hang in there Good luck !!!!!
