Denial of Scheduled Award

OWCP is in the stages of denying a scheduled award because I opted to be medically retired instead of accepting a reasonable accomodation. I refused the reasonable accomodation because the work was craft work. As a supervisor, I am barred from accomplishing craft work. The union filed a grievance and the clerk who used to accomplish the task was awarded $2,500.00. I submitted to OWCP a copy of the grievance award. Additional duties they offered were already given to a clerk as her reasonable accomodations. The union was waiting for me to accept the job offer so they could file another grievance. Can OWCP deny awarding me a scheduled award because I chose to be medically retired? The documentation will show the post office made the job offer with malice.
