Here's hoping for an outcome that all can agree to and that can be accomplished in a short matter of time. I am sure that you are ready to get all control back over your life and not have to worry about them looking over your shoulder any longer. You and your's are in my prayers. Hi BadBoy. Everything will work out in time, as you know from experience there is no hurry in WC. Keep the faith! You know what your doing so there's not much to add in that respect.

Pooh, I'm not turning over Power of Attorney.
The Attorney for the 2nd Insurance Carrier is stating the IC didn't give him power of attorney as of yet. |

Again, thank you all so much.
As you all may know, one thing I have plenty of, and that is time. Since that is also on my side, and I have been waiting over 2 years to try and settle, it seems it still can work out to a better advantage. What stinks is, I could have settled with the first IC over 2 years ago. But if I done that, the second IC, would try and put the blame all on the first IC then, which in turn, really drop the settle figure. So as you see, the second IC didn't hope and pray enough.

Bad Boy...Sorry I am lagging behind....But I am here for you...to atleast offer some support prayers. Truley as I read your posts above I don't know how you have dealt with all that the IC has done. You are a very strong person to be able to handle as you have.

Hopefully they will get their stuff together - but like you said you got time- you have waited them out this long - and the longer they wait the more penalties they will have to pay
