"admitted" body part vs. "accepted"; What's the difference?
#1
Would someone be able to please explain what the difference is between the insurance company calling a body part "admitted" vs. calling it "accepted"?

Thank you!

Your attorney has to answer that . They have all the details of your claim and getting paid to represent you. Your questioning what the insurance company / DA has said. Never believe them. Your wc file should be clear on the body parts , if not ask the judge for clarification.

Thank you for your reply. I'm not expecting anyone here to know which of my body parts are accepted or admitted.

What I'm trying to understand is the terminology and the significance or difference between the two classifications.
