If my case is denied by my IC and I take my case to count with my lawyer and I win who payes my lawyer fees

Most atty fees are paid out of the proceeds of any disability payments made to you.

You pay your atty fee.
When you hired your lawyer you should have signed a fee agreement notice.

You can't.
