Visiting a lawyer about my workers comp claim

Many that visit here have attys and are still very frustrated and in the dark about what's happening n their claim and why.
Litigation inevitably causes delays in the claims process,
Most serious injuries entitle the worker to additional disability payments for permanent impairment. "Winning" an entitled benefit seems to be a very loose use of the term.
