MPN Question
#1
Hi Folks Ca Claim

Treating doctor is no longer in the MPN, however still has patients from that insurance company. How long can the patient still treat with this doctor? Do they have to find a new treater ? Can they stay with the doctor as long as the doctor accepts the patient.

Never received any notice from the IC ..What are the regulations here . Any CCR'S .

Thanks

Shadow

You may be able to treat with the doctor for one year IF your condition applies and IF your doctor agrees. See link 1171 gave.

I am going to send you a pm Shadow.

You should consult with an attorney over legal issues. In California, if you cannot get an attorney you can consult with an I&A officer.
