all depends on how they figure it. they can go by the last 52 weeks, then pay you 66 2/3 of your pay. In most cases that is how it's done. stop worrying their going to pay you.

ok well the ins adjuster said its 70% of your pay and based on last 26 weeks and thats the law on the nj website so how can they pay me less?

Mel....they could cut you a small ck to just get you by...until they figure out the exact amount they must pay you.
