Texas worker injured question
#1
I work in a city within Texas, I work in special education behavior division, I was kicked in the knee pretty significantly. I found out that student tore my ACl and meniscus and will most likely require surgery.

Little about my past, I had 7 knee surgeries and 4 ACL reconstruction, my knee was repaired 06/16 and was injured in 2017, can I be denied for my injury because I get that indication due to the "pre-existing injury" if so what options do I have, I did not asked to get injured and my previous injury was repaired.

Not likely.
An aggravation of a pre-existing condition is considered a new injury.
They don't have to fix pre-existing injuries/conditions, only the new damage.
