The apt shouldn't, take more then 30 pr 40 minutes if the doctor has all the records and tests.
As far as the claim itself : in california serious Injuries are awarded lifetime medical care.
If you mean something else , please explain.

7 weeks after spinal surgery sounds early for a QME/AME exam to me. Is that what you are having a QME or AME exam? Have you even had physical therapy post op? Do you have an attorney and who is requesting you have this exam?

Be careful during your exam and do not cause you to become reinjured if the doctor asks you to bend twist etc.
I am not an attorney.Anything I write should not be considered legal advice.I am writing from my own personal experiences, which is not from any sort of legal background. You should consult with an attorney over legal issues. In California, if you cannot get an attorney you can consult with an I&A officer.
