I Finally Got My Chair!!

Still.... I knew you had gotten your chair because I was on the telephone with Sithie when you posted it...and she started to cry with excitement for you. We just were so happy to think of you out with your wife. So AWESOME to know you will be able to get out and move. Go longer farther...it's just so neat. Still don't worry about not being able to drive it well....I worked with so many people that had them......they had no idea how to drive them special STOP them....the holes in the walls were interesting...plus you are the one that will have to fix them so worry about them later....lol.....Now go shopping for that camo paint....get your four wheel tires put on...a lift kit might be needed for those mountains....a gun rack put on and don't forget the fishing pole holder. Okay you are almost ready for opening of hunting....just need to sight in the gun. And get permission from the wife....so you had better be behaving yourself...and taking her shopping and out to dinner. Just get out there and enjoy life any way possible...So excited for you.

i found out one thing today =if the trail aint black topped im staying in the van =i took my skooter on the nature trail out on the island and it beet me half to death and my buggie didnt like it either but i did enjoy seeing the birds and sceans and my girls being themselves at least for awhile and the sun felt good to me this last two years staying in the house has faded my tan bad

Thanks Spring!!I actually did take it outside Yesterday on My Deck and Sidewalk, and My Wife was laughing at Me because of the Look on My Face!! (LOL)! She said it was Fear mixed with Excitement, man this thing Will FLY!!

Sweet, when I was researching for My Chair I had the Option for a Scooter or Wheelchair, and the reason I chose Hoveround was the fact that the MPV 5 Model has a rear suspension that actually flexes, for outdoor use. I even made the Salesman Drive the Demo through My Yard, to make sure it would suit My Needs. I don't know if You can Upgrade, but it might be worth a try!! That is FABULOUS and happy news! I am so glad you are enjoying your new toy and figuring out all the quirks & gadgets! Glad you also are able to scoot easily and not have to worry about having the strength to get back to where you started! Sweet...We must do something to get that scooter going. Let's see...maybe you could find a scooter Dr that can give that thing a tune up...maybe a bigger engine..we can have a race car seat put on it so you have all the seat beats and good safety...and roll cage so if you did wreck it...you would be well protected. Sounds now like you are ready to go...better get you a helmet....lol.

I love to ride the ATV's....my hubby and sons would go all over with them...but not me...I pretty much stayed on the trails and roads. But oh how how you could see the country on them. Did I ever mention...we have a local race track..and my Dad raced a raced a race car for a few years....once in awhile they would have races for women...I raced my Dads car and WON. That was before I married. So I do like to go fast...but I want to be able to go fast with all four tires on the ground.

hubbies brothers and sister raced motocycles untill so many broken bones we had a cherry red honda dreamster (in our younger days) we would ride the fire break on fort knox impact area .i could hold on good like that but dont get me on the highway ,our kids were 4,2,and 2months he would put the boy on gas tank infront of him ,the girl that was 2 in betwen us and i would hold the babie and up the holler road we would go =of corse we both were skinny back then -and i would die if i saw anyone do that now and yes thats as wild as i got !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
