Feel like im going to breakdown any minute

ok everyone well here is an update i am in severe pain (and when i say severe i have not feeling in my left hand in 2 days and when i do it feels like a heart beat of throbing pain non stop and my neck is killing me.....Got some really bad news yesterday as well..My fiance was in a car accident luckily no one got hurt but the car may be totalled and at all times it has to be now? We are broke please pray that everything gets better luckily we were able to rent a car he had that on his ins and got worse news as well yesterday a good friend of mine was in a car accident drunk driving he was drunk and i dont know the details all i know is he is in jail and the person he hit is either dead or very critical condition...it has not been a good 2 days....well i dont know what to do at this point i dont want to sit in the er and am afraid wc wont pay will they pay? i dont know what to do, should i call and have my dr paged and tell her how much pain i am in i dont know what to do

why don't you see an ER Dr. also, tell him how much you are hurting, and they will give you something until you can call your Dr. Mon. It's worth trying. It may get you through the weekend. Will be praying and thinking about you Mel.

If you are all ready receiving medical care through the wc. program. I would go to the er. While at the er I would tell them it is work related. Have any information on hand about the insurance carrier, claim number ans such.

Go to the ER you are in pain and then stress makes it worse......its sat.nite you are most likely gonna wait...unless you have an ambulance take you to ER then it wont be so long worry about who pays later...just tell them its a WC issue....

well this is the problem my fiancee was in car accident and all my info is in the car i do have the ins adjudsters number but i dont have the claim # so i guess that will be ok i dont know all i know is im in serious pain and it suxs should i try calling the dr?

Mel, go to the er with whatever you have. When I went to the er all I had to do was give them a copy of my drivers license and my wife filled out one form. That was it. Four days latter I went home. I did get a few bills fom the hospital. When ever I got one I called who ever sent it to me and gave them the wc. info.. After that I faxed the bill to the ic.

Well Mel, The answere is simple and you know it. You go to the er. and you may have to wait awhile before being seen. Or you sit at home in pain and do nothing for it. If it was me, I would go to the er if the pain was to much. Take Care.
