Is it time?

RE: Is it time?
As a volunteer I work with families of children with disabilities.

One day our local United Way asked me what do I term success.

My answer was, "Success is when a family no longer needs our services because all of the supports are in place for every family and their needs have been meet."

Wouldn't it be great if things worked the way they should and all of the supports were in place for each injured worker and their individual needs were meet?
