RE: think hard on this
Punk- It took me several minutes to word it so it wasnt very harsh. My original wording was so mean, that it didnt fit with the brandnewprncess attitude, so I backspaced lol. I almost deleted the post all together because I didnt want to stir up the pot, but I couldnt let someone be so mean to Jayne without saying a word.

1171, your opinion was express and duly noted...however freedom of speech on this Board is essential to all. If anyone wants to talk about Sex, Drugs and alcohol then they can, you or anyone else doesn't have to click on the reply button and post a reply...maybe you should have considered that one.

Hi Jane,
I agree with the others. I love reading your inspirational posts. Most days I deal with depression and so I come here to read. On most days I leave feeling much better. I hope and pray that you will continue to help brighten our days. May God bless you and all of our "little family" here.
Deb

RE: think hard on this
Jayne,   Personally,  I enjoy your posts.   You also have a great sense of humor.   Tongue

On the other hand,  I get swamped with chain letter emails at work and NEVER forward them on, but politely delete them.    Everyone has a right to read or not to read a post or an email.   The Off Topic added  in Post Subject is a very good idea.

1171 is helpful here, but I think he wants to keep things WC related.    He needs to lighten up a bit and realize we come here, not to nest, but for support, as well as to seek help from other IW's and Pro's who are generously giving of their time.     That's why this board is so different than others I've visited.    It's family oriented.

Post away, and keep your head high!   You are a wonderful person Jayne.

Let Go, and Let God......

RE: think hard on this
I dont know guys I am christian first mother second wife third friend fourth and IW comes way down the line.....I know and understand both the pass it on stuff and very rarely do this one just seemed to fit so I made the choice to cut and paste I shouldnt have done the part about passing it on and didnt relize I had...it was the first time I had cut and pasted something without help from my honey or kids and I was so proud.......1171 just happened to choose my post to vent on as I feel he was rebelling on all our off topic posts as he has before stated he wished we wouldnt hang curtains and set up house keeping on this forum(old board).
That is the reason I asked "the king" for a seperate section for off topics.Maybe we can satisfy all.
I truly hope 1171 was just having a bad day and is feeling better today we all have em.....on the other hand I truly hope he doesnt handle his IWs the way he handled me.

RE: think hard on this
Jayne...Your last post said it all..."I am a Christian first than a mother and wife and IW comes way down the line" I feel the very same way. I love to read your posts. And I love to see the support everyone gives to everyone with prayers..lighting of candles or what ever it maybe to show support.

Yes, what bring us all here is troubles with wc. Or looking for support to deal with wc. Once we are here we find alot more..and truley we all need the understanding of other injuried workers. Being able to talk about our families and the loss of our jobs...just having to deal with life in general with all the new changes with others that really understand. Yes, maybe talk about sex on washing machine...but truley we are dealing with alot of losses...and having a good laugh with others is good for us. We need each other!

Jayne you are a beautiful person inside and out.

RE: think hard on this
1171 has been a party pooper since I could remember, I have never quite been able to understand it. Yes, great info is offered by 1171 and all but it would be nice if 1171 could have some respect for all of us on this board, you have been speaking to some of us for years now. Aren't we friends yet?

Jayne...keep up the positives on the board. If not for God I would never have made it through my life and I am thankful everyday of my life. God is great and I could care less if anyone disagrees.
