YUP.
Isolation is the worst behavior for depression; it forces too much inward focus. keeping involved with others will help. the greatest factor seems to be out of balance body chemistry.

All I can say is wow, this is a complete new look. I thought I was in the wrong place at first.  It's nice to see some activity on here...just a shout out saying hi to to group...  Jayne get that depression under control. I tend to isolate my self from everyone when I'm down, I know its not what is suggested but that's the person I am.

I wish I could say a magic phase and everything would be okay but its not. However we all have to find our own depression help. I am a loner and taking a walk in the woods used to work. Getting really mad or depressed it takes a metal trash can and glass to throw in it. The sound of breaking glass would just I don't know make me feel like I was destroying the problem. Thanks for the love all of you.
........I love cats, I just cant eat a whole one by myself......
