workers comp question
#1
I'm from Il. I was told to return to work on Dr. orders of sedentary duty, lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting mostly. I finished regular p.t. and am starting work hardening therapy. Should I be getting paid for the work hardening therapy as part of workers comp insurance as I am no longer receiving workers comp payments?

only if your employer has no work within your temporary restrictions; if your restrictions are permanent you need a rating to determine amount of additional disability payments.
if your employer has work for you, you can't collect full wages and temporary disability for the same period.
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information.........
