Capricorn, I do think the title of this Thread spoke for it's self, after you told us what went on. I do think your Attorney will call you before you get a chance to call them, since he had someone there for you.

RE: I spent the day in hell!
Hi all...Pain is somewhat tolerable now. Have some Soma, Mobic, and Tylenol 3 prescribed at different times. Cannot get any help from any of my treating Drs. and the shoulder surgeon really pissed me off. His asst. called me back and said he can't help since he hasn't seen you in so long. WHAT? I have an appt. with him next week which was made the last time I saw him. He was the one who told me 8 weeks and the spine specialist is in surgery all day. Sure glad I made an appt with the PM Dr. on the 1st or I would never get anywhere. No PT, no pain meds. NOTHING> didn't go to the ER because they screwed me the day after the injury and billed the visit wrong. They created the beginning of my problems. I'm icing and the Soma and Tylenol 3 are helping. Jayne....I am going to try my best to find out who the woman was that told me to sit down and breath and the gentleman who pushed me the 3 blocks. They are Angels. Tim.....Oh yes! Something wasn't right about the whole thing. I like when he offerd to stop at his house on the way home to get some of his wife's Darvocet or Percocet. How do you like that?? I talked to my attorney's paralegal this morning. Both attorney's were in court. They need to reprimand someone for this. I am so glad you have all taught me so much and I had my note with me. ![]() CAP God is never late. RE: I spent the day in hell!
You got that right Sweet and Mel. He sent someone to watch over me and help me to keep my sanity. I have no doubt. I have been praying for the wonderful man who wheeled me and the nice woman who knew I was in distress and tlaked me into breathing. God bless the both of them. Angels sent to protect me.

RE: I spent the day in hell!
thanks MJC ..as always God bless you.
BK....I can't wait also to hear from him. Idid talk to his paralegal on Friday as both of my attorney's were in court and she was appalled. She took notes sp she wouldn't forget anything. I also saw the Eye surgeon this morning for a month smonth check up. Eyes are great! Thank God . He feels isnce by A1c is at 5.7 which is that of a non-diabetic that the steroids would have caused these care cataracts. I will be sure that my attorney knows. I think this is something that will not be won though as I'm sure the attorney for the IC will use my diabetes and get away with it no matter what anyone says. CAP God is never late.
