work comp claim

how long can you be on work comp claim in Illinois. I have been on it for 9 months and I don't know when the doctor is going to release me.

depends on the injury; some require lifetime benefits.

I'm in IL. Injured in 2005 and still on WC. Right now they don't want to settle so they maybe paying for a long time. But do some reading with the link 1171 gave you should help
