RE: OK NURSES

Great thread!

Red....Being a diet controlled diabetic i really appreciated your explanation. It was great and makes so much sense to me. I have been out of sorts and of course everything goes haywire including my eating habits BUT your explanation has made it a lot easier fo rme to get back on track. Being so down I for awhile gave no thought to eating right because it was too much work. You have solved that problem for me. Thank you.

RE: OK NURSES
Cap, I am so happy that it helped. I use to teach this to diabetics in many settings. Glad to know it helped...Red

RE: OK NURSES

That it did , Red. As I was sitting here picking yesterday out of frustration, boredom and fear of what's next I remembered the analogy of the car. Helped alot.

Jayne....How are you feeling??
