RE: Here We Go Again!
Weird how that undefined shows up sometimes.

Hubby, Cody and I were in an auto accident Monday night. Another driver decided to make a turn into the truck we were in.

Cody hit his head pretty good, and I was tossed around, hubby says he is fine.

I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow as the t9 is tilted and twisted according to the physical therapist working on the cervical spine. I hope this just involves an adjustment and nothing else.

RE: Here We Go Again!
I learned today the other driver is ignoring phone calls from her insurance agent and letters sent by mail. This person has 10 days to respond. I am told after 10 days an officer will be sent to the home to arrest the other driver.

I started calling the insurace companys today the first call was the other driver's insirance company. The agent told me we are not responsible you need to get a hold of the agent who insures the business truck, (ours) SO I called that insurance company and the secretay told me, we are not responsible you need to call the other drivers insurance company.

At this point I was getting mad, I told the gal the next phone call I make will be to an attorney. The phone got real quiet and the agent came on the phone and gave me the information I needed.

Turn out in Kansas my personal insurance company pays the medical bills then collects from the responsible party.

Spoke with Cody's doctor today, he said to watch him as far as the concusion goes. The anxiety attacks may be symptom related to the PTDS, time will tell and he may go into counseling.

I am scheduled for an MRI for the mid back Monday. Doctor said he could feel the rotation about t-9 that PT reported.

Fortunatley your IC is handling it and then collecting from the other. This way you shouldn't have to deal with to much BS.

I wish you and your family well.

RE: Here We Go Again!
I received a phone call from the other driver's insurance company, they have agreed to pay medical bills and to repair damages to our vehicle.

Not for sure what this means, are they accepting responsibility?

Had the MRI of the upper back yesterday. I was doing all I could to lay inside that machine and get thru that MRI. I tried to tough girl it and not take pain meds....and I paid for it in the end.

I did call the neurosurgeon who did the neck surgery last year to let his nurse know about the auto accident and increase in pain. Course I got voice mail.

RE: Here We Go Again!
Any news on the mri yet...? If they are offering to pay the medical bills and pay for your cars damage, I asume they have accepted responsability.... Was this just a kid or an adult that hit you's, its a shame that it happened and hope it dont screw up your neck worse then what it is..... You's could be seeking damages of pain and suffering, if not now later down the road......
