looking for other employment
Help appreciated...Can you work another job while still employed with the company for which you are under WC(will not allow me to work under light duty restrictions) if it does not conflict with your Dr. restrictions? and if so, must I disclose to the new employer my WC status if the job itself doesn't in anyway interfere with my restrictions?....Thanks in advance for any clarity or insight into this matterSmile

yes you can work a light duty job for another employer while off work from the employer from which you have a comp injury.
you have to disclose your earnings to the original employer/carrier and you have to get a modified work release from your doctor.
you are not required to disclose your health/injury status to the employer as long as you are cleared by your doctor for the job duties.
