Rolleyes OWCP open claim against Scheduled award with USPS
Am trying to assist spouse with looking at what is best case for him. 6 back surgeries have resulted in losing use of both legs, unable to lay down to sleep, can't have sex, constent pain, if leaves houses using wheel chair. With post office and government service for over 30 yrs. Revieing the PDP for scheduled award breakdowns it is very hard to figure out. He is recieving OWCP each and can for rest of his life due the injuries. Any suggestions? We live in AZ so it is very hard to locate federal attorneries to work with.

i would try the Az state bar to help with finding a Federal work comp atty.
or contact his union as they often have contacts with law firms.

maybe the ombudsman at the industrial commission might know of some firms

Tried the Union already, no federal Work Comp Atty in State. AZ is very hard to deal with. Have been working on this now for about 3yrs, doesn't seem to get any easier.

yup. arizona is not a worker friendly state; businesses/employers rule there.
