Past Workmans Comp Injury
Good Afternoon
I am from NH , in 2007 I fell and broke 5 bones in my left foot, while on the job , I wore a aircast, and was out of work for 7 weeks. I have always had some sort of pain, or weakness in the left foot since, and last summer I did end up spraining my right foot when the left gave out.

In the past year I have noticed that one of the bones that i broke , is painful and sort of protrudes on the bottom of my foot making it painful to walk, wondering if i Can reopen my case to have my foot looked at ?

RE: Past Workmans Comp Injury
it depends on how it was closed.
of course, you can try but generally only the original injury is covered not any thing that's happened since.
if you aggravated it since then it's not likely covered.
you can state contact workers comp here
http://www.nh.gov/labor/

RE: Past Workmans Comp Injury
It just feels like their is a growth on the bone that was broken , making it painful and difficult to walk.

RE: Past Workmans Comp Injury
you may have to see a doctor first. work comp will not provide benefits without a doctors opinion that your condition is caused by the original work injury.
