You stated SSD and are now talking about SSDI. There is a difference. However one if not both may noy apply to your condition.

To get SSDI, you must be off work for six months and have a medical condition that is going to keep you from returning to work for a year. You can apply at anytime, but with the formentioned, you will only get three bites at the apple. Meaning, if you are denied the first go around, you can appeal the dicision. If you get denied the second time. You only get one more chance at the appeal.

8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom.
