While re reading the letter I was looking at some of the dates that they recieved the records.. I now realize one important record at my last appoinment with my injury dr doesnt correspond with the date they recieved the records... Of course this was my mmi report of my back and stating I could never work a full time job with a list of all my restrictions,, Importantly the one that states I can only work 2 to 4 hrs per day with limited time for rest and must chane positions...

I dont know if that would hurt me, at the same time it says I can work but could not retain full employment......IDK......I will have to wait til monday and hopefully I can get the records they used to see if somthing else was missing..
