It's strange how in some cases that SSDI is approved, like my son's in less than 4 months when he had never worked. Then other's like yours Bronco is a struggle despite overwhelming evidence.

Yrs ago a member of our church at age 24 was paralyzed from the neck down in an MVA, first application for SSDI was also denied so his lawyer asked for a court hearing. That way the judge could see his client, unable to move, hooked up to a ventilator with two nurses in tow. The SSDI was approved immediately, in other words it was stupid that it was denied. Someone screwed up in the paperwork obviously, Social Security said it was denied due to his age.

Bummer the word you're off on is Arachnoiditis, just think of the spider. Originally called that because the nerves become entangled like a web.

Hope you get that approval soon Bronco, I'd say let your lawyer handle it.
