the carrier may or may not agree to buyout all future benefits.
if not, future treatment will be provided and permanent disability benefits determined by the rating will be paid.
any disputes can be take to the comp board for a hearing and decision.
a decision can be appealed by either party.

I do have a lawyer and I am aware of the insurance spying possibilities. Its unfortunate that we are all guilty until proven innocent by insurance co.
Thank you both for the information.
Would I be able to work with this injury? Is it required to have surgery to return?
