How do you deal with penalties for the IC?
The IC was 4 years late for payment of Permanent Disability. What is the penalty for this 4 years of waiting? Has not paid mileage reimbursments and in legal time. How is this collected and when? Should this be included as a part of a C&R total price? Will a DOR need to be performed just for penalties? Who performs a C&R, the IC or AA?
Will a Judge propose penalties at the final hearing when discussing the final settlement? |
